Overview of LumiSolarCell PL

The characterisation methods of the LumiSolarCell PL using photoluminescence (PL) include several advanced techniques. PL imaging is utilized to visualize the luminescent properties of the solar cells, while biased PL provides additional insights under various electrical conditions.

Additionally, the mapping of minority carrier lifetime is performed to assess the efficiency and quality of the solar cells by measuring how long charge carriers can exist before recombining.
